How was the Community Club formed, and what is its structure?
The Community Club was formed with a diverse mix of startup founders, startup employees, and T-Hub employees. The club received strong support and active participation from everyone within the building, which led to rapid growth. As more people witnessed the benefits of the activities, the committee quickly expanded. By June 2024, the committee had grown to over 120 active members, following a record-breaking response of over 300 nominations from T-Hub employees, startup founders, and their employees.

The Community Club is organised into four different groups:

What are the activities of the Community Club's Core Team?
The Core Team, consisting of 10 members, focuses on planning the annual event calendar, securing sponsorships, and supporting the Cultural, Food, and Sports Clubs. They ensure events are cost-effective and impactful and operate within budget.
What are the activities and achievements of the Cultural, Food, and Sports Clubs?
Cultural Club: Organizes festivals, youth fests, Family Day, and community events. In 2024, it hosted over 25 events promoting diversity and inclusion.
Food Club: Oversees meal quality and organises food festivals, potlucks, and team lunches, ensuring a high standard of service and diverse dining experiences.
Sports Club: Promotes wellness through sports and fitness activities, hosting tournaments and health programs. It organises at least two activities monthly, such as carrom, chess, yoga, and health awareness programs.Monthly meetings ensure all clubs stay aligned with event planning and budgeting. In June 2024, each group presented a roadmap for the following year’s events.
