Build the market infrastructure Indian agriculture is missing

A venture studio anchored by Kheyti, built on one commercial reality: greenhouse farmers produce reliably, but market access eats their margins. Build the company that fixes it, with supply secured from Day 0, sponsored pilots, and 100% of your cap table.

About the Studio

The T-Hub AgriTech Venture Studio, anchored by Kheyti, is a problem-first venture studio for farmer market access. Instead of asking founders to arrive with a finished idea, it starts from a validated commercial problem and gives you the supply, the field access, and the runway to build the company that solves it.
The use case is to develop AI-driven, automation-first cybersecurity solutions to enhance enterprise-wide security resilience across Maruti Suzuki’s digital ecosystem.

The solution must integrate with existing enterprise systems, support real-time processing, ensure minimal disruption to operations, and comply with applicable data privacy and regulatory requirements, ultimately enabling proactive and efficient cybersecurity operations. All innovative solutions across the cybersecurity domain are encouraged.

What You Get:

8,000 farmers from Day 0 — build and validate with Kheyti’s greenhouse farmer network from the first week, not after a year of cold outreach
Sponsored pilots — funded field validation, so you test at real scale
₹1L/month EIR stipend — a monthly founder stipend during the build stage, so you can build full-time.
A path to capital — introductions to a 200+ investor network for your first raise.
100% of your cap table — no equity taken. The company is yours, and your IP stays with you.

One problem. Many ways to solve it.

Greenhouse farmers produce consistent, quality supply, but fragmented market access caps what they earn and what the sector can scale to. Cohort 1 will validate multiple commercial approaches in parallel. Pick your wedge:
B2B → Market linkages - Buyer discovery & procurement - Logistics & supply chain.
B2C → Commerce & aggregation - Post-harvest commercialization
B2G → Institutional procurement - Market intelligence & pricing
Our thesis: the next category-defining agri company in India will be built on organized farm supply. This studio exists to find the team that builds it.
